MILAN DESIGN WEEK / TEMPORARY MUSEUM FOR NEW DESIGN

The display at Temporary Museum for New Design featured a select edit of two designs from Henzel Studio Collaborations Volume #1, ones by artists Helmut Lang and Anselm Reyle. Lang’s piece is based on a sculpture, which has been translated into a free-form shape with a highly intricate, multi-level and contrasting sculptural surface. Reyle based his design on a piece from his signature foil series, utilizing free-form techniques and variable material compositions to mirror the original work’s attributes.
